My Students

This year I have been warmly welcomed into a new community of students. These students inspire me to be a better human being and a better educator. They challenge me to find the best opportunities for them to succeed in all areas.

My students strive each day to be their best selves.

They are caring, dedicated, and hardworking, and they want to learn as much as they can. Each and every one of my students has a bright future ahead of them. I am 100% the teacher I am because of my students.

My Project

Having a set of headphones will allow the students to immerse themselves in the technology portion of our day. Right now, the students have to lower the volume on their technology as to not disturb others. With headphones, the students will be able to listen to stories on online and learn from a variety of educational websites that the students use daily. The students will be able to use the headphones to focus on what they are learning during the technology and the listen-to-reading centers during our day. Not only that, my kindergartners are expected to take the STAR state test WITH headphones. Unfortunately, not all my students were able to bring in headphones to be able to use during the day. With this donation, ALL of my students will be able to be successful during the day and on the state tests!
