In my classroom, some students need to move to learn. That’s not a distraction—it’s a superpower in disguise. To support my fidgety learners, I’m requesting bounce bands—simple, silent elastic bands that attach to desk legs, giving students a safe outlet to move while staying focused.
These bands turn nervous energy into productive energy.
Instead of bouncing in their chairs, tapping pencils, or needing frequent breaks, students can subtly move their feet and stay engaged with their learning.
By supporting this project, you’re helping every student—especially those with ADHD, sensory needs, or just a case of the wiggles—channel their energy in a way that helps them focus, learn, and succeed.
