My Students
I have eight students on the autism spectrum. Learning how to learn such as sitting, following directions, attending and engaging. We are going to be Distance learning for the first 90 days of the school year and we need lots of different learning items so our teacher can help us learn at home.
My students need lots of different materials to reach the way they learn weather that be visual, auditory, physically, and verbally.
We use all different types of seating, tables, academic items and manipulates. My students are amazing and love learning new things and how to be with their peers.
My Project
My students will be able to have paper copies of the work that we do so that they can learn how to writing, draw, color and read with these materials. I will make copies of all the items my students need and take to their homes so that students who don't have access to technology can learn the exact same things we are learning.
My students will also be able to follow along with the lessons when I am teaching live and they will also have books and papers to work on to show they are learning and for independent work time.
