My Project

When you think about students who have a strong desire to be the best, think about my students. They are inspiring individuals who come from places that aren't always ideal. Adversity is the foundation of the life they stand on, but they persevere.

Our students struggle with poverty, homelessness, employment, transportation, and language barriers.

Despite all of this, they show up to school.

Our students face enough barriers in life already, and something as simple as snacks, crayons and other basic supplies, can help them get through the day. Oftentimes, their parents do not have the income to supply them with what they need.
