This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
Students that I work with come from diverse backgrounds, many speak Spanish, Vietnamese, Russian, Arabic or other languages at home. They are kind, resilient, and eager to learn-whether it's reading their first English sentence, saying a phrase in English or sharing a story with a new friend. They thrive when learning feels fun, hands-on, and connected to their lives. I love finding resources for my students to enhance their learning.
These resources will help make language learning more accessible, enjoyable, and effective for every student I work with.
