My Project
Middle schoolers are full of potential, personality, and big emotions. I love how honest, funny, and curious they are—even when they’re still learning how to express themselves. Many of my students are navigating various stressors, social challenges, and big life transitions, and they benefit most from learning that's active, hands-on, and relational.
This project will provide essential resources, from sensory tools like Ooze Tubes to engaging games and curriculum, all designed to help students manage their emotions, build self-confidence, and foster meaningful connections with their peers.
These resources will give students the tools they need to regulate their emotions, engage in self-reflection, and work collaboratively, supporting their personal, social and academic growth.
My goal is to help students feel seen, safe, and empowered—to give them the tools they need to understand themselves, work through tough emotions, and build healthy relationships. These resources will make that possible.
