My Project

Join me in creating a more colorful world for my students. Working with K through 5th grade kids requires vibrant on-the-go activities to increase engagement. Color prints aren't always at our fingertips, so having a printer for speech therapy will be a game changer!

Students respond quickly and with positive growth when given colorful visual support and turn-taking activities.

Hands-on fun and picture cards are amazing tools to encourage communication in small groups with multiple language objectives. The chat chain and pragmatic language activities will support the social-emotional development that has been difficult for children recently.

As an SLP, I help kids develop receptive, expressive, and social language skills alongside their academic achievements. Funding this project will help kids build vocabulary and learn the power of language. With a voice, students are more likely to participate in class activities and build peer relationships, both essential to academic success.
