This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My students will really benefit from making their own flashcards and resources in the classroom. The flashcard supplies we are requesting will significantly enhance my students' ability to retain and apply key concepts that are being learned. Flashcards are an effective tool for active recall, which is a proven method for boosting memory retention. After Covid-19, many students struggled with remembering basic facts and concepts that are being taught in class. By having the students make their own resources and flashcards, it will help them to improve their retention.

By allowing these students to make their own resources and flashcards will help them to boost their confidence and to be successful in the classroom.

By giving the students the opportunity to make these resources, the students will increase their confidence and improve on their academic success.
