My Project
My students have become increasingly interested in 3D printing in the art room. I am interested in being able to teach my students how to use tinkercad so that they can create polymer clay cutters, drawing stencils, and other materials that we can create and use in the art room. I want to be able to show my students how art, science and engineering all relate to each other. The ability to have a 3D printer so that students can sketch, then use a computer based program such as TinkerCad to create their ideas, and then to actually watch them be made/created is such a magical thing.
