My Project
Many of my students lack the resources at home for basic hygiene. Boys and girls often forget deodorant, to brush their teeth, or don't have these items at home. This can lead to low self-esteem, students being talked about by other students, and embarrassment.
Students often come to me and ask for basic hygiene necessities to help make it through their day.
Many students feel comfortable coming to my room to ask for resources they may not ask other adults in the building for.
Please help give basic hygiene items to my students so they can focus on learning instead of their basic needs.
