Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
Do you remember being in elementary school designing and creating beautiful projects in the classroom? Remember stuffing them in your bags, and anxiously taking them out to show your work to Mom or Dad? Did they look as good as they did in school? Probably not! My students have the same problem.
My students are artistic, smart, and energetic little beings.
They love to design, create, and embellish. From book reports, to poster responses, and holiday cards for their families and friends, my students can do it all.
They come from a very diverse community that values hard work and creativity. As such, much of our curriculum is enhanced with the creation of posters, projects, and dioramas.
My Project
My students need a Mini Classroom Laminator machine along with various sizes of Laminating Pouches so they may have the ability of preserving their beautiful finished classroom projects. Having a Mini Laminator along with laminating pouches, will allow me to readily laminate students' projects, posters and creations. By doing so, I will be helping to preserve the beauty of their projects along with their hard work. In addition, we will be able to display creativity outside of our classroom without fear of it being torn, lost, or misplaced.
With the aid of these resources, my students will be able to transport their projects from school to home without fear of having them crumble up or become torn in their backpacks.
Having a Mini Laminator machine along with laminating pouches will allow my students' work to be preserved.
It will enable my students to continue to create beautiful pieces of work that will proudly adorn our hallways and eventually their households.
