My Students
As the school year progresses, I am proactively enriching my students with as many tools to help keep them motivated and happy with learning. My school is located in a predominately low-income neighborhood. Most of the students are from various backgrounds, with Hispanic being the primary culture of the school. Through the years, I have noticed more and more students are entering school for the first time. Kindergarten being the first level of structured learning, my objective each year is for everyone entering my class to feel safe, comfortable, confident, excited, and ready for new challenges.
My Project
I would like to replace worn out headphones for my students that fit their little ears. These headphones will create a productive environment as they use them in listening center and on iPad educational sites. Their experiences on these technological devices will be more relaxed with the headphones.
They will gain the learning they need because of zero noise reduction in a contented state.
Our current headphones are broken or unusable. Having the ideal headphones for this grade level will be a perfect enhancement for my students' daily learning. Therefore, the knowledge they will acquire will be fun for the whole class.
