I work at an environmental school in the middle of Michigan that faces an up hill battle while serving 80% of the students at or below poverty level.

I have had the opportunity to work with students that face very difficult daily lives. As an educator for five years I have seen extreme growth from all of my students no matter their social economical status!

My Project

I have had one other project funded by Donors Choose; the projector is used everyday in my classroom. The technology that was donated gives my students a clear advantage in math and science as we dive deeper into their target areas of need. This document camera will give our classroom one more vital tool to use as we continue our journey onto fifth grade!

This document camera will push my students over the top in our goal to be at the top the state's standardized testing category.

Last year my class finished at a very high rate of proficient. This donation will give me one more tool to aid my students as we strive to reach our goal of excellence!
