My Project
Believe it or not, your body weight is about 60 percent water. Your body uses water in all its cells, organs, and tissues to help regulate temperature and maintain other bodily functions. Because your body loses water through breathing, sweating, and digestion, it's important to rehydrate by drinking fluids and eating foods that contain water. Therefore, water is an essential part of growth and development. Without adequate water, our scholars will continue to lack the energy they need to excel. Help me help them! I love that they come to school ready to learn, even in the midst of a water crisis. I never imagined we would be here in such a time as this, but we are, so please help us push through.
