Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My students love to use iPads. The majority of my students are from a high poverty area and attend a Title I school with over 94% of students coming from low-income families. They love learning and exploring but do not have access to modern technology at home and limited resources at school.
We need iPads so students can familiarize themselves with new technology.
My students would love to have the opportunity to use iPads to explore and expand their daily learning through the use of technology.
My Project
Our iPads will be a valuable resource in achieving personalized learning at workstations. My students need to prepare for a future that involves the use of technology to help them learn new skills.
Using the iPads will allow my low-income students to access programs and apps that will stimulate their learning.
The iPads will be used in a variety of workstations so that all of my students will be able to integrate literacy and math with technology. Student achievement will increase with the use of fun and exciting new programs and apps available to them. Fund our project to help my class learn with technology.
