Help Us Upgrade Our Rusty and Broken Classroom

My Project

I absolutely adore my sweet Kindergarteners. Every year I am honored to introduce the world of education to these young learners. Many of my students begin the year with no knowledge of letters and end the year reading books. I am so proud to coach them through that process.

My students deserve to learn with resources that are functional.

I added shelving to our list because our shelves are rusted and dented. Kindergarten instruction requires many hands-on resources, so storage is a must. I also added a carpet for our classroom library. Students enjoy independent reading more when they can lounge and choose flexible seating options. Lastly, our supply caddies are falling apart and my students use communal supplies to enhance cooperative learning and sharing.
