Help Us Talk It Out and Cut It Out!

Help me give my students a classroom rug for math talk and a classroom set of scissors.

My Project

I teach math and science and we are always engaged in the practices! We are in need of a new space to help make the floor a little more comfortable for our math and science talks! We love to have a designated area where we meet and would love to have a new rug. We bring our dry-erase boards to the carpet for our math and science talk each day so we would get lots of use out of it! We are also in need of a new class set of scissors so that we each have our own; eliminating wasted time during our interactive notebook activities. We use scissors several times throughout the week as we do lots of cut and paste and interactive lessons.

We want to thank you for helping us to have a new place to "talk it out" and new tools to "cut it out" as we work in an engaging classroom environment as mini scientists and mathematicians!
