My Project
In this project I am asking for new storage shelves to replace broken storage that was used for our classroom library and other classroom supplies. Over the years, my previous storage cubicles have been moved a lot and therefore have broken apart. I am asking for these IKEA storage shelves because I have seen how sturdy they are and I feel that they will last a long time as well as brighten up our classroom and help to organize our supplies.
Storage in a classroom is important to teach students to be organized, show a routine, while maintaining an engaging classroom to learn in.
The library books that will be used on the shelving unit will be labeled to help students identify books as well as keeping the library of books organized. The cubbies in this storage will give enough room for each category of books to be stored efficiently. The second shelving unit will be used to store items for Math, Reading, and Science in an efficient and organized manner.
