My students need a classroom jeopardy system which will be used for enrichment purposes and for instructional purposes and a middle school-wide mathematics competition.
My eighth grade students attend a public school and are very engaged and eager to learn.
They are a wonderful, diverse group of children. In the eighth grade alone, about 10 different countries are represented. Our school is located in a highly populated urban area.
My Project
The Classroom Jeopardy system created by Educational Insights will be used in a variety of ways. The system will be used as a fun way to review educational concepts in mathematics, literacy, science and social studies. Also, we are planning on having our first ever middle school math competition and this system would be extremely helpful in keeping the competition organized, as well as creating a culture of excitement and fun around education.
This project will impact many student lives.
It would allow students from all middle grade levels to participate in an exciting, memorable, educational mathematics competition every year. Th is is a great way to incorporate technology and create excitement around mathematics.
