I am the lucky teacher of 24 spirited and amazing first graders. We are learning a ton about the world around us!
While we have many books to enjoy in our classroom, not every student has books to enjoy at home.
I would like to provide my students with a lending library so that they have access to quality texts, both in and out of school.
We are passionate about books and the adventures we get to enjoy when we read them! We read, laugh, and learn about the world around us as a team each and every day.
My Project
Reading is my passion. It is something that, from the first page of Mercy Watson on the first day of school, I share with my students. I want students to be able to enjoy great stories at home as well as in school. By donating to my project, you will give students the opportunity to engage in high quality literature like the amazing and hilarious adventures of Mercy Watson. They will learn to navigate friendship and communication skills with the characters of Mo Willems.
