My Project

A document camera will give me the opportunity to do many different things in my classroom. First, it will allow me to display students' work to the class. This is a really exciting thing for my students, as they are developing self confidence through these kinds of activities. A document camera will allow me to model new math and reading skills to my class. They will be able to see each step clearly and have a better understanding of the skills since it is being projected onto the board. I can share books with my class using a document camera, and we can all read it together or a few at a time.

A document camera will allow me to model writing and help students become better writers themselves.

My students are so engaged by new technology in the classroom and love seeing things projected onto a big screen. They will love having a document camera in our classroom.
