I teach ESL to kindergarten students. My students are hard working and eager to learn. The kindergartners are learning so much every day. They are curious and eager to learn. The new curriculum has them pushing themselves each day! They are learning to read and write and are soaking it all up.
Why not have some fun while learning math and science, too?
There are so many hands on resources available today. My students would love to be able to manipulate objects and learn while"playing." Kids enjoy studying things about earth and beyond.
They are great students who deserve an opportunity to love where they learn!
My awesome kindergarten students will get a chance to be introduced to mass and volume while being able to use these hands on scales. They will also be able to use the magnifiers to explore the world around them in a new and exciting way.
The little scientists in the making will be exposed to some early scientific tools, and they will build the knowledge necessary to continue with scientific investigations as they grow older.
Hopefully, these exciting early experiences will encourage the next generation of scientists to excel! There's really no way to substitute hands-on activities for little learners!
