This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Every year I like to buy books for my kids to take home. It is important that my students have books as they learn to love to read!

I want to get books for my students so they can enjoy reading with their families.

I believe that reading is so important. Many of my students' families are not able to afford books for their house. This will allow me to send some good quality books for families to read at home.

Some of the books I have chosen are books that students will be able to read as the year goes on. This is a great way for me to support the learning that is happening in my classroom.
