I teach math to three different groups of 2nd graders and I have one class set of manipulatives. I’m looking for a way not only to protect these tools, but to extend their life for the entire school year.
The large, thin project cases are the perfect size to fit all the math tools needed, plus anything laminated for extended use.
I have learned so far this year that I need to have a laminator that will really do the job of protecting consumables that I need to reuse for all three classes. Work mats, place value charts, hundred charts, number lines, etc. can all be used repeatedly with these items being laminated.
