My students need ink and paper, to be able to print their writing work and make homework sheets to finish at home.

Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Students
One of the challenges of having a resource classroom is that students come with a wide variety of talents and needs. You can imagine that there is not a "one printout fits everyone" arrangement in my room.
We are an inner city elementary school with a large population of native Spanish speakers and free and reduced lunch recipients.
Specifically, my classroom is the Gifted and Talented resource room where students are challenged to think creatively and participate in project-based learning assignments.
My Project
Often times I am required to print out enrichment assignments and make in-class copies for students. I bought a printer for my students to use just for this purpose. Over the course of the year students also print pictures to add to their presentations.
What I am finding is that I can no longer keep up with the financial demand of color and BW ink. We are requesting ink to help facilitate our printing.
Most of my students cannot print out items at home.
Our classroom is one of the only places where they are able to print out pictures, text and worksheets of their choosing. Please help us keep the printer rolling.
