My Project
We have an Illinois student-choice book award program for high schoolers called the Lincoln Award. To participate, our students need to read books off the master list and then submit their votes. However, we don't have all of the books on the 2024 list and we don't have a book budget!
This project requests all necessary books for the Lincoln Award, along with five other 2023 award-winning titles we needed for our library.
It's a list of terrific titles that all fill a need for our collection. I chose these titles not just based on their awards but because they will be popular with my students or have already been requested.
