Help me give my students a perfectly organized classroom! Music involves a lot of "things", from tiny egg shakers to huge xylophones the size of a small child... that means, we need LOTS of storage!
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
Music classrooms are always filled to the brim with tons of different items. We have tiny shakers, triangles, tambourines, big drums, and Orff Instruments off all shapes and sizes! Without the necessary storage, it can be difficult to keep it all organized AND safe.
I am looking to improve the storage situation in my classroom so that the instruments are safer, and students can have more independence and take more ownership when retrieving and / or returning them.
Their instruments are the entire school's instruments. It is important to me that students learn how to respect the instruments that they use.
