it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
This classroom microscope will allow younger students to literally see things they never have before and experience the exciting discoveries that only a microscope can provide. It can be said that learning how to use an eyepiece and focus on an image on a traditional microscope can be difficult. I think we all have had exciting experiences of "seeing it" only to find out that was our eyelashes that got into the field of view.
More specifically, this is a microscope that can project an image onto our large screen for everyone to see at one time.
With this resource, the class can discuss what they are learning, point out details, and ask questions together. In a very real way, this microscope is a way to bring every student along on a journey into the world of the very small and unseen also known as the micro-world.
