Help Us Move While Learning!

Help me give my students stools and a standing desk for some more choices when sitting in our classroom!

My Students

All of my students come from the poorest county in our state. Each and every one of my students is special in their own way. I love how unique each student is.

I have students from all walks of life.

I have 18 students that all have different needs, ranging from knowing where they will stay the night to a family who owns a business in town. In our small town, we all work together to try to​ achieve the same goal in our school: higher levels of learning for all.

My Project

My students already use flexible seating in our classroom and they are super excited every time they get to sit in our standing desks that we already have. They are wanting more standing desks because they love using them already.

I have several students that need the small movement a standing desk can provide.

I have seen more student achievement by doing flexible seating and this will provide yet one more possibility when they get to choose every Friday. The students also like the option of having a stool to sit on with their standing desk as well as being able to stand if they so choose!
