Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Students
Do you remember reading your science book in school? Well, we probably still have the same ones you read! Please help help us update our science materials!
I have some of the best 4th grade students.
They are eager to learn and explore science topics. However, many of them lack the background knowledge they need to be successful in science. Since many of them come from low income homes, they do not get to explore science the way a student should!
My Project
With your donations, we can receive hands-on learning games to supplement our science curriculum. These learning tools will help my students learn topics such as energy, life cycles, animals, the water cycle, the states of matter, plants, and magnets. My students have a hard time visualizing these concepts and with your help you can make these great science topics come to life.
Please help my students learn science!
These learning centers will make science more real for my students. With your help, my students can become little scientists. Who knows... maybe one day one of them may discover a cure for a deadly disease. It all starts with an idea! Help my students get some ideas!
