Celebrate Black Teachers and Students

This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.

My Students

We are smart, we are capable, and we are accountable.

My students are loving, caring, and motivated to be better.

They face many hardships coming from a low income area of Saint Albans, Queens but they strive everyday to improve. Our school consists of many students who are provided free lunch. Our scholars are amazing and really work so hard everyday to over-come their daily hardships. Our scholars work endlessly in all subject areas to succeed on all of our state test.

My Project

This printer will give me the opportunity to provide my students with hard copies of classwork, homework, fun activities, informational sheets and so much more.

Due to our low income budget many of our school printers are broken and the ones that work are never available.

I would love to have the opportunity to print of all different things for my scholars so they don't just have to do work online. Many students learn better with hard copies of items in front of them this printer will allow me to cater to more students.
