My Students

In our culture, technology has become an integral part of education. Many students with autism do not always have the opportunity to use technology, like iPads, which can help them learn, communicate, and show understand. Help these students learn to their best abilities by donating to our project

I currently teach students with autism ranging in the ages of 7-10.

They are eager to learn kids, who tend to struggle in the classroom. They love using computers to practice the math and reading skills they have learned but would benefit even more if given the opportunity to use other types of technology.

My Project

In our district, which serves only special education students, we are not always given the funds to provide new technology to our students. Having this technology would have an incredible impact on my students. My students would be able to complete math, reading, writing, and even communication through the use of an iPad. There are so many different apps which are available and dedicated to students with autism that would allow them hands-on learning and have an interactive learning experience.

Please contribute whatever you can to help my students increase their educational experience.

Help these students learn how to tell time, learn about money, write down and gather their thoughts, talk through picture symbols, and read books and newspapers on an iPad. Any donation would be greatly appreciated. Thank you so much for your time and consideration!
