My students need letter tiles, letter beads, and Wikki Stix to build and make words. They also need different types of dice, 3-D shapes, timers, and dominoes for math.

My Students

My students are creative, curious, and always excited to learn. They love using manipulatives to help them learn!

I teach gifted and advanced content first graders.

They are an amazing group of creative and inquisitive little minds. They love hands on learning and higher order thinking skills. These students are learning to take on challenges and complete them. They are an amazing group of kids, who are constantly looking for new ways to learn.

My Project

These materials will go a long way in my classroom! The beads, letter tiles, and wikki sticks will be used to create words and sentences. It will provide the students a hands on way to complete their word work. The math manipulatives will be a great addition to my math groups. The students will get to use the different dice for many standards. The students can use the timers, dominoes, and 3-D shapes to create math problems and practice math facts.

These donations will provide many hands on ways for students to create words in our word work group.

The donation will also provide my students creative ways to make 3-D shapes, practice facts, and so many other centers. These items will provide math centers for my classroom, where students can build and make things rather than paper and pencil tasks. I know that the students would be so grateful for these items!
