My Students

My second grade class has 32 students in it. My students are eager to learn, enjoy school, and are motivated to succeed. They love to use their imagination and grow as learners. We are a large school with over 1,000 students. We are a Title I school and all of the students in my school receive free breakfast and lunch.

Many of the students in my school are English as a second language learners.

We have many different languages spoken in my school. My students come to school with big smiles and are ready to learn and achieve great things!

My Project

My students have suddenly been put into all remote learning when New York City schools shut down before Thanksgiving. My students had been in a blended learning environment. I am looking to purchase pre-made lessons from Teachers Pay Teachers to help keep them engaged during remote learning. These lessons are fun and exciting.

Help keep my students engaged in all subject areas.

We can use powerpoint created for math with fun graphics, literacy resources such as anchor charts and powerpoint. In science and social studies scavenger hunts are great fun! Please help my students be even more successful when learning at home!
