This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Your donation will transform my classroom into the perfect construction zone for my students to build their complete sentences. My students will put on the construction hat and vest and immerse themselves in this project thanks to your donation for the costumes. We will use the pocket chart and sentence strip highlighters to focus on the different parts of a complete sentence. The posters will help guide my students as we complete this project. Too many of our students are going into the third grade not knowing how to write a proper complete sentence. This project will be used to ensure that my students leave 2nd grade with this skill mastered!
