My Project
Dress-up and fashion can be engaging, hands-on learning experiences that spark creativity and encourage collaboration among our students. This year, we are excited to introduce a Clothing Curriculum Unit that will allow our young learners to explore the world of clothes, self-expression, and the roles of clothing experts through imaginative play. To bring this vision to life, we are seeking donations of dress-up clothes and accessories to stock our pretend play area. These items will help students express themselves through creative role-playing and storytelling. Learn about clothing experts (tailors, fashion designers, and shopkeepers) and their essential roles in our communities. Collaborate with their peers to develop social and communication skills in a fun and supportive environment.
We are looking for gently used or new items, such as Costumes (e.g., community helpers, cultural attire, etc.), Hats, scarves, and other accessories, Shoes (child-sized and safe for indoor play), and Career-related outfits (e.g., chef jackets, uniforms, etc.) Your contribution will impact our students' learning journey, helping them build confidence and engage deeply with this curriculum.
