My Students

I teach a variety of grade levels in physical education. All of my students enjoy coming to the gym to get their bodies moving and their brains recharged. This is their time to burn off their steam and they know it.

My students like to share what we are doing with other classes.

They cheer each other on and try their best on a daily basis. Quite a few even take the time to tell their parents about our daily activities too.

My Project

One goal for this project is keep parents informed and updated about our classroom through the Seesaw app on an iPad. I want to help students improve their form through video recording. I plan to use the Apple TV to assess students through video playback. In addition, I want to increase student knowledge by projecting information and objectives on the wall in the gym using the Apple TV, iPad and Apple Pencil.

Incorporating this technology into my class will increase student engagement and parent involvement.

My students will learn to self-correct their form after viewing themselves. They will learn to make positive critiques of their classmates as well.
