My Project
Dear Donors,
Our special needs classroom is embarking on an exciting journey by starting a lemonade stand as part of our vocational program, and we need your support to make it a success.
This project is designed to teach our incredible students valuable life skills while giving them a chance to experience the pride and joy that comes with contributing to their community.
Your donations will go directly toward purchasing essential supplies like lemonade ingredients, cups, and a simple cash register. These items may seem small, but they will have a big impact on our students' learning. By preparing and serving lemonade, our students will develop fine motor skills, practice communication, and engage in social interactions with customers—important abilities they’ll need throughout their lives. Managing the sales, counting money, and making change will give them real-world experience with math, reinforcing problem-solving and fostering independence.
The goal of this project is to create a hands-on learning environment where our students can develop essential life and vocational skills in a way that is meaningful and empowering. The money they earn will be used to fund educational trips and classroom incentives, reinforcing the connection between their efforts and rewards.
What makes our students truly special is their determination and the progress they make when given the right opportunities. They may face challenges, but with your support, they can learn, grow, and thrive in ways that will make a lasting impact on their futures.
Thank you for helping us create this life-changing experience for our students.
