Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
Due to the pandemic and the difficulty many students faced last year, the majority of students are still struggling academically. My students come to school eager to learn, however many of them lack the basic school supplies needed in order to accomplish their objectives. This project will help me reward my students for a job well done. Over the last year 17 years as an educator I've learned that behavior that is rewarded is likely to be repeated. I have high expectations for my students and with love and guidance, they usually surpass them. As they reach their goals, I would love to celebrate them.
