My Students

I am truly blessed to teach such driven children who want to do the best they can to succeed. They are always thinking of different ways that they can improve themselves and make their work better.

My students make me love what I do and are the reason that I am a teacher.

With that being said, not all students are cut from the same mold and that is what makes them amazing. My students all come from different types of backgrounds and are very diverse.

My Project

I am such a lucky teacher to be able to teach some of the brightest stars and best students in the world. I know that there are future leaders of tomorrow sitting in classroom every day. They continue to make me proud daily.

Every day my students enter the room with smiles on their faces and give me just a little sign that lets me know that they get what is going on.

They try so hard to stay on task and ask the best questions. We have also incorporated a lot of small, social-emotional learning activities that help drive the subject of social studies.

We are working in uncharted waters this year. Teaching through a pandemic will make "sharing" stuff in the classroom very difficult. I want the students to have access to the things they need without worrying.

These supplies will help make us do that.

This year we have taken a very a big interest in not only worrying about ourselves but each other. Social Emotional learning both inside and out of the classroom is key in becoming better students and people.
