This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

We are currently in the process of transforming our outdoor space into a vibrant and safe play area for our children, and we need your help to make it a reality.

Our current outdoor space is limited, and the lack of proper furniture and amenities restricts our children from fully enjoying outdoor playtime.

Currently, we are limited to sectioning off our parking lot with cones to create a recess area for our students which not only poses safety concerns but also limits their opportunities for physical activity and social interaction. We have recently laid down thick layers of mulch in what was a grassy area next to our building, but it lacks the amenities to make it a desirable and comfortable recess area for students to use during recess. Outfitting this area with quality outdoor furniture will not only create a better recess environment, but it will also allow us conduct outdoor Social Emotional Learning classes, clubs, and study halls outside when the weather permits.

By donating to our cause, you will not only be investing in the well-being and happiness of our children but also leaving a lasting impact on our community. Every contribution, no matter the size, will bring us one step closer to our goal of creating a safe and fun outdoor play area that our children deserve.
