Help me give my students engaging, decodable Lakeshore books to my K–2 readers so they can build confidence, strengthen their phonics skills, and fall in love with reading!
I’m a reading interventionist at a small K–2 school where our students truly shine.
Many of our kiddos come from disadvantaged backgrounds, but when they walk through our doors, they light up. For them, school is more than just a place to learn—it’s their happy place.
Every day, I get to work with some of the most eager, determined little learners you’ve ever met. They’re working hard to build their reading skills, and I’m hoping to give them some exciting new tools to help them along the way.
I’d love your help to bring two amazing Lakeshore resources into our classroom:
1. Phonics Skill-Building Book Set (short vowels, long vowels, digraphs, and blends)
2. Solve the Case: Decodable Mystery Series
Lakeshore does such a great job creating materials that are both educational and super engaging. These books are just right for beginning readers—they’re decodable, so students can actually read them independently using the phonics skills we practice every day. And let’s be honest: what kid doesn’t want to feel like a detective solving a mystery? These books make learning to read feel like an adventure.
Our readers deserve access to materials that not only support their growth, but also fuel their love for learning. These books will give them that spark and help build the confidence they need to say, “I can read this!”
Thanks so much for supporting our little school. Every donation, big or small, brings us one step closer to turning these future readers into lifelong learners.
