Every day, I get to work with some of the most eager, determined little learners, and thanks to your generosity, they now have tools that make reading both meaningful and fun. \r\n\r\nWe've been using the Phonics Skill-Building Book Set during our small-group lessons and literacy centers. The books give my students just the right amount of challenge, and they love seeing that they can actually read them independently. One of my favorite moments was during a guided reading group when a student who usually hesitates to read out loud proudly read an entire story. When she finished, her classmates clapped for her ... it was such a confidence-building moment. \r\n\r\nThe Solve the Case decodable mysteries have been just as exciting. The kids approach them like real detectives, searching for clues in the story while practicing their phonics skills. It turns reading into an adventure, and they can't get enough. \r\n\r\nWhen the materials first arrived, the students' faces lit up. Many asked right away if they could take the books home.
