My Project

For our classroom library, some great books about nature, gardening and recycling would spark my students curiosity about our Earth!

For our school garden, we will need all of the basic gardening tools like shovels, rakes, watering cans, gloves, and seeds for various plants.

This will allow students to learn first hand about plants.

Learning about recycling will help my students understand how they can be part of saving our planet.

Earth Day is a perfect opportunity for my first graders to celebrate and raise awareness about environmental issues. Please help me to plan for the special day and other lessons until the end of the school year!
