Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Technology is all around us so we should make sure that students are given these tools to help them be successful both in the classroom and in their lives outside of school.

We do now carry calculators in our pockets (though we were always told we wouldn’t be) so we need to make sure students know how to use them properly!

This skill will only develop to through practice.

Other great examples of technology in the classroom are timers to help with time management and task completion as well as game buzzers that embrace the competitive nature of students, especially my middle schoolers!

This project will add these resources to our classroom to help both engage and empower students.
