Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Our theater has put on two full length plays without the tools we need to properly build our sets. The following materials are the basics we need to build and paint our sets. Help us make the set for this year's production the best one yet!

We hope to teach students basic building techniques like hammering nails and using a power drill to construct basic theater flats that will help them with basic repair jobs as adults.

We want to give kids skills that could lead them to an internship with the schools Work Based Learning program. We want to support our artists to realize their vision on canvas, while also teaching others basic painting techniques.

Our theater students are artistic and creative! They deserve the tools to make their set design vision a reality! Thank you for helping us make that happen!
