This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
Our class has been learning about human rights and the current necessity we all feel to voice our concerns over the many human rights violations occurring around the world. We are planning on hosting a presentation full of artwork (music, visual arts, acting, poetry, dancing) that can bring attention to these matters in our local school community. To that end, we are inspiring our students to become "ART-IVISTS" that can use their art to rise up for human rights that include everyone. With your support, our presentation will be amazing!
