I am a first grade teacher with a lot of students who are now starting to read. I need little books that they can practice reading. These books don't need to have a lot of pages or words. I have seen Little Leveled Readers boxed sets of books. They usually come in several levels and there are 5 books of each title, whcih allows for reading in small reading groups. This would help me to give more one-on-one attention to each student. My students' reading should increase and improve with the additional practice and more one-on-one time. I also have students who are starting to read chapter books. That is why I asked for the easy chapter books set - that way I have something for them to read on their level as well. The levels also help to make sure that each child can get a book on their level. Our classes are full with children and many are on different levels. Thank you for your time. I would appreciate any help/support with this matter.
