Our Art Program has really grown over the past eight years. Getting the art studio 3 years ago made it possible to expand the materials that we use in ways I had never dreamed possible. Every year I work to make our studio space more inviting, inspiring and kid friendly.
We need a few things to help organize materials and make our art studio more magical.
The divided storage box will help us organize our dot LEGO for letterpress printing, sorting the different types of dots into sections, making it easier for the kids to create their designs. The mesh fabric and elastic yarn will help to create flexible covers for our milk crate bookshelves that hold our craft supplies, hopefully preventing everything from falling when you try to grab something. The ink is to help make labels and classroom signs for our supplies, making it easier for kids to find materials.
