Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Our awesome students have turned our boring field into a garden and chicken coop area!

But hey, our coop and garden need a little pick-me-up, we're on the hunt for materials to keep our feathered friends safe and sound.l and our garden blossoming!

With this fencing mesh, we'll patch up, expand, and fortify our coop against any unwanted critter guests. The students are totally hooked on this project, witnessing the chickens' journey from egg to coop. It has been a great incentive in the classroom as well. The students earn the privilege to help with the chickens! They look forward to it every day! Let's keep this clucking adventure alive and kicking!

We also need materials for our garden so our tiny hand friends can help participate.
